Before being proposed to Legislative Council (DPRD), Ahok already conduct sweeping on the general policy of 2016 City Budget (APBD)'s Priorities and Preliminary Thresholds (KUA-PPAS). But he remains to check its validity. “I want to join Budgetary Agency (Banggar) to discuss about budget today in DPRD,” he expressed.

Ahok claimed that he has asked it to Head of Water Management Sub-Department. “He said to me that he was surprised additional budget in his sub-department. As a matter of fact, he did not do anything. So, it must be sabotage,” he asserted.
